Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase from vintymoon.com operated by Vinty Moon Company, LLC.

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items. Please contact us at vintymooncompany@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to request a refund. After 14 days a refund will not be issued.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Vintage "As is" 

All vintage items are considered "as is" sales. Damage on these items are not grounds for a refund unless it is above and beyond what is in the original listing photographs and written item descriptions. 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
